Simple, tasty, pretty healthy... Okay, okay the butter isn't great but overall a healthy meal! INGREDIENTS 2 Tbsp Butter 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced Salt & Pepper Pinch of Parsley Dash of Paprika DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 F In a small saucepan combine butter, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and paprika and heat until butter is melted. Foil line a shallow baking pan, lined with tinfoil, and brush butter mixture on the tilapia fillets. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
